January 13 2022 Queens, New York – A pedestrian was pronounced dead at the hospital after being struck by a car at 67-30 Metropolitan Avenue around 7pm this evening, said police.
According to officials, the pedestrian was struck by a dark colored SUV. An MTA bus driver witnessed the incident. The driver that hit the pedestrian remained on the scene.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
