Cops Searching for a Male Who Fired Shots in Manhattan Subway

December 26, 2021, Manhattan, New York – at approximately 9:15pm, a male allegedly discharged about four gunshots in the vicinity of people that he was involved in a verbal dispute with, police say. Incident occured inside of the East Broadway Subway Station. The shooter then fled into the station in an unknown direction.

At approximately 9:44 p.m., officers from the 7th Precinct responded to calls of shots fired in-transit at the East Broadway subway station. No victims reported at this time.

There were no injuries or property damage reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a light skinned male and was last seen wearing a black jacket, red and purple track suit and black sneakers.
