Mayor Elect Eric Adams Vows To Bring Back Solitary Confinement

Mayor Elect Eric Adams spoke against the lawmakers who are pushing a bill to ban the use of solitary confinement in city jails.

Adams vows to restart the practice, and discussed it during his press conference on Tuesday.
