Fire Breaks Out at Fox News Newscorp Building

December 19 2021 Manhattan, New York – Firefighters had returned to Midtown high-rise building on Sixth Avenue that houses Fox News Channel and NYPOST due to another fire.

Fire reportedly broke out in a basement compactor room around 9:30 p.m.

One person has suffered injuries, according to Eyewitness News New York

On December 07, 2021 – A 49-year-old man, Craig Tamanaha, was taken into custody, under suspicion of setting fire to a large decorative Christmas tree at Fox Square, outside of the National News Corporation Building in Manhattan.

Just one day after an arsonist set fire to the Fox News Christmas Tree, on Thursday evening the holiday decorative piece was rebuilt and lit back up again.
