Bronx Man Killed In Early Morning Attack

December 17, 2021 – A Bronx man with wounds about the body was found in the hallway of an apartment building at 1221 Sheridan Avenue following being shot and slashed.

According to police, incident occurred just after 12 a.m., Friday morning.

Responding officers from the 44th Precinct found the unresponsive and critically wounded male in first floor hallway of the Bronx apartment, said police.

The 33-year-old male sustained gunshot wounds to the head, back, and left arm. He also suffered slash wounds to the body and head.

EMS rushed the 33-year-old male to NYC Health + Hospitals-Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
