NEW YORK: Teen Ejected From Car In Major Fatal Crash On Henry Hudson Parkway

November 30, 2021 – A major collision took place on the Henry Hudson Parkway, northbound, around 9:30 p.m., Tuesday evening.

Debris lay scattered across the highway, causing traffic to come to a stand still. Some motorists exited their vehicles to survey the wreckage as rescue crews arrived on scene.

According to police, one male vehicle occupant was ejected during the crash and rushed by EMS to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital. There the teen remained in a critical condition overnight. Hospital officials pronounced the 17-year-old dead this morning.

NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad (CIS) was requested and all lanes of traffic were closed for several hours. The investigation into the vehicular accident is ongoing.
