NEW JERSEY: Driver Killed In Fiery Crash At Bergen Toll Plaza

According to state police, around 3:30 a.m., a vehicle traveling on the Garden State Parkway struck a pay booth at Bergen Toll Plaza in Saddle Brook, NJ.

Firefighters responded to the site of the crash where they put out the fire that engulfed the overturned vehicle in flames.

Route 80 access ramps and 8 toll lanes were shut down for the fatal accident as firefighters battled the blaze.

The unidentified driver and single occupant of the vehicle died at the scene, state police officials said.
