14-year-old Saved by ‘Gravesend’ Cast and Crew, After Hit by Car in Gravesend: BROOKLYN

November 8 2021 Brooklyn, New York – a 14-year-old boy and his dog were struck by a driver in Gravesend, Brooklyn on Monday night.

The boy who was pinned, was saved by the cast and crew of TV show ‘Gravesend’

Victim was walking his poodle near W 2nd Street and Avenue X around 5:45 pm. An 80-year-old female was driving a Chevy sedan, according to police she lost control of her vehicle and rear-ended a parked car, striking the boy on the sidewalk.



EMTs rushed the victim to a local hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

William DeMeo and the film crew were shooting their show a block away when they heard a loud crash, according to Brooklyn Paper and 1010wins.

They rushed to help the teen who was stuck under the car, screaming, by lifting it together and rescuing him.

Victim’s dog was unharmed.
