October 31, 2021, police from the 32nd precinct responded to a male shot at West 147 St. and Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
According to police, upon arrival, a 55-year-old male with observed to have multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
The male victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals – Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
There are no arrests at this time and identity of the victim has yet to be released to the public, pending proper family notification.
