October 29 2021 Manhattan , New York – Curtis Sliwa seen leaving Lenox Hill Hospital after being struck by a cab earlier today in Midtown.
Early this afternoon, Sliwa campaign has sent out an email stating that Curtis Sliwa was struck by a yellow cab today, while rushing to live show at WABC, while he did appear on the show, he has now been sent to Lenox Hill Hospital out of abundance of caution.
According to Curtis Sliwa’s wife, he has been diagnosed with a fractured left arm and has swelling on his knee.
“Curtis has been diagnosed with a fractured left arm, which requires a sling. In addition, he has swelling on his left knee, which will require an ace bandage wrap. There is no internal bleeding. He is currently being fit into a sling. We are awaiting further review by the radiologist. ” Wrote Nancy Sliwa in a press release
According to the press release: “Out of an abundance of caution, the campaign is postponing the rest of his Friday schedule so that medical professionals can examine him at Lenox Hill Hospital.”
