23-year-old Attacked on the Train in Manhattan – Suspect on the Loose

On Monday October 18, 2021, around 11:30pm, inside of the 7 Avenue and West 28 Street subway station on the southbound #1 platform, a 23-year-old victim was approached by a man who hit him in the head multiple times with a glass bottle,according to police.

The victim suffered injuries to his neck, right ear and the back of his head, and was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals / Bellevue in stable condition.



Alleged attacker is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 20-25 years of age, 5’6″ and 140 lbs; last seen wearing a blue waist length jacket, light blue jeans and white sneakers, according to official sources.
