October 8 2021 Queens , New York – A Queens man who climbed into a tree Wednesday to avoid arrest, has refused to come down after more than 54 hours, police said.
44-year-old male is reportedly wanted in connection to an alleged assault, according to police.
He has been on a tree on 145th Avenue in Jamaica since 2 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
Around 4:30pm he came down to get food anc climbed back up.
