October 2 2021 Brooklyn, New York – A heavy fire turned through a Brooklyn apartment building on Friday night, injuring 16 people, including a child, fire officials said.
FDNY says fire occured at 530 45th Street in Sunset Park around 11:20 p.m. on the second floor of the three-story home.
Total of 16 people injured, 12 of them sustained minor injuries, Four people are in critical condition.
According to assistant Chief of Fire Operations Michael Gala , firefighters found a child on the second floor of the building in “Cardiac arrest”
