August 25 2021 Hackensack, New Jersey – At approximately 8:20 p.m., officer from the Hackensack Police Department responded to a call of person stabbed at 95 Fairmount Ave. where upon arrival they found a woman bleeding profusely outside the residence and another victim inside the home in traumatic arrest.
Cops responding to the stabbing call found a man walking down the street with blood on his clothes and took him into custody.
Avery, who lived on the second floor, was found with multiple stab wounds on her porch, was pronounced dead.
Gunter, who also lived on the second floor, was found stabbed on the living room floor, pronounced dead
42-year-old man who was arrested with blood on his clothes, has been charged with murder, according to officials.
