Perp walk for man accused of sexually motivated robbery of an 11 year old girl.
Jonathan Perez, 34, has been arrested regarding the following incident:
It was reported to police that on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at approximately 0845am, in the vicinity of 86th Street and Northern Boulevard, an 11-year-old female victim was walking to the grocery store when an unknown male approached her from behind, grabbed her by the throat and removed her mask from her face, and then dragged the victim into an alleyway, police say.
The suspect proceeded to hold the victim down on the ground and pressed a sharp metal object against her throat while making threatening sexual statements and demanding to know her age, cops said. He then forcibly removed the victim’s house keys, $20 dollars, and a reusable grocery bag, then fled on foot northbound on 86th Street, according to officials. The victim sustained a laceration to her throat and was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Elmhurst.
Perez was walked out of SVU office on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills on Thursday night.
