July 9 2021 Newark, New Jersey – around 6:55pm a report came through of a child struck by a motor vehicle, EMS was requested on a rush. Incident occured at Schley St and Chancellor Ave within 5th precinct. Patient is a female child with a broken leg and traumatic injuries according to scanners.
Witnesses on the scene state that the operator was caught and held down by locals until the police arrived. The girl was badly hurt, some speculating age ti be between 8 and 10 years old.
