Former presidential candidate Andrew Yang concedes in NYC mayoral race

June 22nd 2021 MANHATTAN NY- Andrew Yang the Democratic primary Candidate for NYC Mayor and former presidential candidate, conceded in in Mayoral race.

Yang event was held in Hells Kitchen at a Yotel Hotel rooftop, he thanked his campaign voulanteers and politcians who endorsed him for Mayor and later went on to emotionally embrace his staff and voulanteers who appeared dissapointed at the 12 percent result in the primary and being in 4th place.

“I am a numbers guy,” Yang said. “And I am not going to be the next mayor of New York city based on upon the numbers that have come in tonight. I am conceding this race.”
