BLM of Greater New York endorsed Maya Wiley for Mayor, Andrew Yang Visits Harlem event on Juneteenth

June 19 2021 New York, NY – Black Lives Matter Greater New York endorsed Maya Wiley for Mayor of New York City. Speaking at a Juneteenth rally sponsored by BLM, Hawk Newsome, the founder of Black Lives Matter Greater New York, introduced  Maya Wiley saying “We thought long and hard about this.”
Wiley also spoke at the event as she accepted the endorsement.

Mayoral candidate Andrew Yang attended Juneteenth celebration at Morningside Park and later in the Bronx, Yang commented on Juneteenth holiday.
