May 20 2021 Brooklyn, New York – 74-year-old female was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Brooklyn around 11:20pm, police said.
Victim was crossing E. 80th Street, near Avenue N, in Canarsie Brooklyn, when she was struck by a white van, cops said.
Woman was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police are searching for the van’s driver, who did not remain at the scene.
