On Sunday, May 9, 2021 at around 2:30am, police responded to a 911 call of a person shot at 1203 Westchester Avenue, in the Bronx.
Cops found a 32-year-old male lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the chest in front of the location.
EMS also responded and transported the male to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.
There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
