Suspect arrested for sexually assaulting 24-year-old woman in Brooklyn

Kelvin Williams was arrested and charged this morning in connection with attempted robbery and sexual assault of a 24-year-old woman in Williamsburg, Brooklyn just after 9 p.m. on April 19, police said.

Williams is accused of grabbing a woman by her throat, pushed her against a wall and demanded money.

The victim stated all she had was twenty dollars, at which time the individual dragged her eastbound down Siegel Street, pushed her against a parked car and began sexually abusing the victim, police said.

31 Year-old suspect was charged with Attempted Robbery, Assault, Sex Motivated Assault, Sex Abuse, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment, Attempted Assault.
