On April 10, 2021 around 2:53pm, police responded to a pick up of a male assaulted inside 15 Saint James Place, in Lower East Side part of Manhattan.
Police found an adult male lying unconscious and unresponsive inside the location with a stab wound to his torso. EMS responded and transported the victim to New York Presbyterian Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Another adult male was taken into custody without incident. The investigation is ongoing. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
