State Trooper helped migrants off the boat, after they crossed the Rio Grande River from Mexico into the US. And when all the people were off the boat, he went after the smuggler, puncturing the boat to deter them.
When the next boat full of kids and families arrived, the trafficker got nervous, after back and forth with state troopers, the Smuggler turned around, saying to his partner “That’s enough for tonight”.
