National Guard Share their Experience during Covid-19 Memorial

March 11, 2021 – NEW ROCHELLE, New York: National Guard, the mayor of New Rochelle, and members of the Jewish Community Center gathered for a candle light vigil, to mourn the loss and mark 1 year since official beginning of the pandemic in Westchester.

A year ago today, New Rochelle was declared a containment zone, national guard arrived to disinfect / deacon everything. National Guard told us what they experienced 1 year ago today.
