Ex-NYPD Cop Arrested For Beating And Eye Gouging Capitol Officer during the Siege on January 6th

February 23 2021 – QUEENS, New York:
A former NYPD cop, Thomas Webster, turned himself in to the FBI on Monday in Hudson Valley. Webster, also known as #eyegouger, is a former Marine and had once been assigned to work security at City Hall and Gracie Mansion.

He was wanted for assault on Federal Officers and violence at the US Capitol in the attack on January 6th.


In a related story, Philip Grillo, a Glen Oaks, Queens resident, was arrested on Monday after people who knew him identified him from television footage.
Grillo is a state committee member for Assembly District 24, and according to the Nypost, refers to himself as the “Republican Messiah.”


Grillo is charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct and obstruction of an official proceeding.
