Two NYPD Cops Seriously Injured in Crash while Enroute To Shooting

Two cops sustained serious injuries after a car crash. They were responding to a ShotSpotter alert on Vermont St. in East New York on Saturday morning, when they crashed into a livery cab around 7am.

Two officers suffered serious injuries to their legs and were rushed to Brookdale Hospital. The 49-year-old livery cab driver was not seriously injured.
