February 9 2021 Queens, New York – 2 manhole fires ended up causing an explosion and an evacuation of multiple buildings in Astoria today.
The fires also affected cars that were parked above the manhole.
Incident occured on Broadway and 32nd Street around 3pm. Multiple people gave their accounts of the incident and evacuations.
