February 7 2021 BRONX New York – Ecuador elections started today and hundreds people are waiting up to three hours in line for the opportunity to vote, some say the line has not moved.
We spoke to Antonio who stated he was waiting for 2 hours , we asked why is important for him to vote he said “for the future for those who are coming , for those who are here and for those who stayed”
“And for a change i’m tired of the corruption I never voted before this is my first time I’m a take this opportunity to vote. If we don’t do it who’s gonna do it it’s a shame what’s happening in our country. “
Voting was held at Mott haven educational campus in the Bronx.
