Driver is dead after crashing into Sanitation Truck in NYC

Kenneth Pamphile, who was driving a 2002 Nissan Altima around 3:45 a.m. Sunday morning in Brooklyn, crashed into the back of a stationary Department of Sanitation truck.

Firefighters had to extract Kenneth from his vehicle, he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
