Gang Member Shoots at Police in Queens

September 13 2020 – QUEENS, New York:
PBA President Pat Lynch was on the scene in College Point where police were fired upon when responding to a report of an assault. Witness on scene told me they saw a woman with a bloodied face in an ambulance. Police say that the NYPD did not fire their weapons in the exchange, and that the suspect is in police custody. Streets were shut down and neighbors were kept from going to their houses as police searched for evidence.
Lynch did not make himself available for comment.
