Man Shot in East Village Following a Dispute

September 12, 2:20 a.m. Manhattan, New York – 32-year-old man was shot in the left leg after an argument inside 288 East 4th Street, NYCHA Housing complex in the East Village.

The victim told police that he was in a dispute with man on the 5th floor when he was shot.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
