Brooklyn ADA killed, hit by bus while riding a bike in Brooklyn

September 7 2020 – BROOKLYN, New York: Assistant District Attorney, Sarah Pitts was killed while riding her bicycle in Williamsburg on Monday morning shortly after midnight. Pitts was hit by a bus on the corner of Wythe Avenue and Williamsburg Street, blood, a bicycle, headphones and paperwork were on seen on the ground where she was hit. Brooklyn District Attorney, Eric Gonzalez called her a brilliant lawyer and said, “we are overwhelmed at this sudden loss.”
