A torched NYPD vehicle was discovered on the Upper West Side

July 29th 2020, Upper West Side, New York : Police vehicle was set on fire overnight on Columbus and 83rd Street. No injuries and fdny put out the fire preventing its spread. NYPD stated that fire was set intentionally. They say the front driver’s side window was broken, and there is evidence an accelerant was used.
