12 year old male has been arrested for attempted rape that happened yesterday, July 6th at Gates Ave and Cypress Ave in Queens, police said
A male followed 37 yo female into her home, pushed her to the floor attempted to remove the victim’s clothing. The victim fought back and male left.
His charges- Robbery, Assault, Burglary, Sex Abuse, Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon
