Heavy 3 Alarm Fire Forced Brooklyn Building to Evacuate

April 19 2020, Brooklyn, New York: at approximately 22:28 the four story building of 585 Quincy Street evacuated for heavy fire on rooftop. FDNY using drones over the rooftop fire. A Rooftop fire declared 2 Alarm Upon arrival, heavy fire through the roof of a four story apartment building. The building was evacuated immediately of tenants.

FDNY reports at 23:08 of four lines stretched, three lines in operation with negative searches and Engine 230 with the cockloft nozzle. The fire was established to definitely hold at 23:08.
