NYC Tiger Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Wildlife Conservation Society confirms multiple large felines are infected with contagious raspiratory virus and a tiger at a NYC Bronx Zoo has tested positive for COVID-19. He is the first animal in the US to test positive for coronavirus. USDA confirmed the test results. The tiger reportedly got infected through his handler who tested positive for COVID-19. Bronx Zoo also specified that the coronavirus test used for the tiger was a veterinarian test, not the same tests are used for humans. All felines developed light cough.
