April 4th 2020, 7pm – ASTORIA, NY: Outside of Mt Sinai Hospital, people came out to clap for health care workers once again. Children held signs, a baby and mom clapping out their window, cars honking, health care workers saying thank you. Another moment of positivity in such an uncertain time.
