April 1st 2020 – Mt. Sinai Hospital Queens, ASTORIA, New York: At 11:08am, a body is seen removed from the emergency room and placed into a refrigerated trailer used to store coronavirus dead. Many patients being brought into the emergency room on stretchers. First responders are seen taking multiple precautions, exhausted and stressed nurses, one nurse giving a solidarity chest bump. PPE Equipment is disposed of in large trash buckets. We spoke to one hospital employee who told us that yesterday they all received a letter stating that if they speak to the press or take photos inside the facility they will face disciplinary action, including termination.
