NYC’s first testing facility manned by State Troopers and National Guard

March 19 2020 – STATEN ISLAND:
The first drive-through testing facility in New York City opened in South Beach, Staten Island today. State troopers and National Guardsmen were seen in masks and gloves outside of the tents that were setup in the parking lot of the South Beach Behavioral Health Center. Testing is available by appointment only, and appointments must be made by calling the state department.
