The New York City public school system will shut down Monday until at least Monday, April 20, 2020, announced Governor Cuomo and later Mayor De Blasio.
Begin
ning March 23, the City will provide supervision to children of health care workers, first responders and transit workers.
Students will begin remote digital learning on Monday, March 23. Grab and go meals will be provided to all students for pick-up this week.
