March 11 2020 – NEW ROCHELLE, NY: Preparations are underway for the arrival of national guard troops to New Rochelle and for the enactment of the first “containment zone” here in the US. The national guard will be deployed to assist in sanitizing the public schools and some public places in town, as well as delivering food to quarantined families and individuals who are isolated.
