Ten people were injured in an apartment fire in the Bronx on Friday.

10 people have been injured in a heavy apartment fire in the Bronx on Friday, 4 people sustained serious injuries.

The fire broke out on the first floor of West 242 Street in the Riverdale section around 9 a.m.

At least 2 people are seriously injured and have been transferred to Jacobi Hospital. EMS is currently reporting a total of 9 patients

Police is searching for a male in relation to this.
