January 16 2020 – MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN:
Protest held outside The Federalist Society Gala held today at the Metropolitan Club on Upper East Side. Activists are saying the organization is not a charitable one even though they state they are 501c3. Gala is honoring Nikki Haley, who was in attendance at the event. About 45 people attended the protest organized by Rise and Resist, they chanted and shouted angrily at attendants as they walked into the building.
