New Yorkers demand Reckless Driver Accountability Act

January 11 2020 – CITY HALL, MANHATTAN:

Jumaane Williams, Scott Stinger and activists blocked the street outside of City Hall after a rally supporting the Reckless Driver Accountability Act. Along with public advocate, Jumaane Williams, Manhattan and Brooklyn borough presidents, comptroller Scott Stringer, and others, the participants of this rally called on the city council to set a date to vote on the Reckless Driver Accountability Act, which will put consequences in place for drivers who repeatedly break the law.
