ASTORIA, Queens — December 13, 2019:
Firefighters worked through a down-pouring rainstorm to extinguish an all-hands fire in a two-story apartment building at 24-08 40th Ave in Astoria Queens.
The fire resulted in two minor injuries, and damage was seen on the exterior and interior of the building.
